Newsletter from the Detroit UFO Information and Research Society, a signed mailer from infamous UFO writer Gray Barker, a newsletter for the new religious group the Aetherius Society and an odd letter addressed to the Aetherius Society by a teacher and single mother.
The Aetherius Society was a New Religious group founded by George King that blended Hinduism, Buddhism, yoga and UFOs. The newsletter tells of some happenings in the Detroit area, how they’ve reached Phase 10 of Operation Karmalight, and acquired a boat for Operation Sunbeam.
The letter fragment is from a single mother and public school teacher to the Aetherius Society HQ, detailing how she has been reprimanded by the Detroit chapter though she attempts to spread the teachings of of the Society to her students.
