To me the work seems to show a sort of journey through life, potentially to the after life. Somewhat difficult to see but in each of the “windows” of the walls there are icons indicating theater, literature, math?, athletics? — some I can’t figure. Signed Bacon. Maybe a life well-lived consists of these pieces, until the road of life brings you to a celebratory end? Mural study for a school? Who knows! What I do know is that trees and clouds have never looked so good.
Each piece measures 48” x 35.5”
Damage throughout shown, some loss and holes.
