A pamphlet concocted by the great Negritude poet and first President of Senegal, Leopold Sedar Senghor. Senghor would publish a book entitled On African Socialism in 1964, an expansion of the ideas put forth in the pamphlet. The Party of the African Federation was a short lived anti-colonial party founded by Senghor.
