Lenticular portrait of a soldier, 1930/40. 

Fantastic and bizarre early use of lenticular printing. WW2 Army photographers researched methods of lenticular printing in the 1940s, presumably for strategic 3D imaging. The history of lenticular printing used mainly for toys and silly gizmos, gives this rather serious, war time portrait a cartoonish and intriguing angle. Some light weathering to the bottom of the image seen in the video
